  The individuals here were very responsive and respected the needs of the family during such a sensitive time. The entire staff was friendly, the establishment was clean, and they took their time to go thoroughly through all the available options without pressuring the family to incur unnecessary expenditures.
  
  The cremation process has quite a few requirements and caveats which are not immediately expected, so it would be wise to inquire ahead of time.
